My name is Tong Vang, and I am a CFSS Specialist dedicated to helping families navigate Minnesota’s new self-directed options. As a MN DHS-certified ‘Steps for Success’ professional, I specialize in Participant & Worker Education, Environmental Tech, and Assistive Technology.
I help participants leverage their state authorization to increase worker wages and implement administrative automations that streamline employer responsibilities. With over 25 years of IT experience, a BS in Management Information Systems, and an AAS in Business, I bring a unique technical perspective to the CFSS and CDCS programs.
Through my company, Awcuvix LLC, I am committed to being your dedicated partner, focusing on your independence rather than the traditional agency model. In 2026, the transition to CFSS finally gives YOU the power to choose.
